Made to Order — Just for You

Every CommandMat desk mat is custom printed on demand. This means your order is made specifically for you after you place it — we don't keep pre-made inventory. We appreciate your patience as we craft your mat with care.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $2.99 per order
Free Shipping on all orders over $50

Delivery Estimates

Once your order ships, estimated transit times are as follows:

Contiguous United States: Economy shipping typically takes 4–8 business days after the order ships. Most customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders within 6–13 business days from the date of purchase.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories: Delivery may take up to 20–25 business days from the date of purchase.

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier availability, your location, and other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Orders may ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on availability and your delivery location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future.

Delays

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@commandmat.com so we can investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after production or shipping begins.
