What size is the CommandMat desk mat?

Our desk mat is 32" × 16" — large enough to cover your keyboard and mouse area with room for everyday desk essentials.

Will my mat be exactly the listed size?

Due to the heat press printing process, neoprene desk mats may have a slight size variance of approximately 2–5mm from the listed dimensions. This is normal for neoprene products and is not considered a defect.

What material is CommandMat made from?

Every CommandMat is made from premium neoprene with an anti-slip rubber backing and hemmed edges. Neoprene is soft, durable, water resistant, and commonly used in desk mats and professional workspace accessories.

Will the colors look exactly like the website?

We work to represent our designs accurately, but slight color differences may occur between screen display and final print. Monitor settings, screen brightness, and device type can affect how colors appear. Minor color variation is normal and is not considered a defect.

Can I use CommandMat for trading and office work?

Yes. CommandMat is designed for trading, focused work, and everyday desk use. The smooth neoprene surface supports optical and laser mice and gives your keyboard and mouse a clean, unified workspace.

Is the mat water resistant?

Yes. Neoprene is naturally water resistant. Small spills can be wiped clean with a cloth.

How do I clean my CommandMat?

Spot clean with warm water and mild dish soap. Use a soft-bristled brush for tougher spots. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or fully submerge the mat in water. Air dry flat before use.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Every CommandMat is printed on demand after your order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for production. After shipping, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days within the contiguous United States. Most contiguous U.S. customers receive orders within approximately 6–13 business days from purchase.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories?

Yes. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may take longer, usually up to 20–25 business days from purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $2.99 per order. Orders over $50 ship free.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@commandmat.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my mat if I change my mind?

Because every CommandMat is custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or preference-based reasons. Please review the size, design, and order details carefully before purchasing.

Can I return my mat if I ordered the wrong size?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for wrong size orders. CommandMat is currently offered in one size: 32" × 16". Please check the dimensions before ordering.

My mat arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

Contact us at support@commandmat.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear photo of the damaged or defective area, and a photo of the original packaging if available. Approved claims may receive a free replacement or refund after review.

Do I need to return the damaged mat?

In most cases, you do not need to return the damaged mat. We usually only need your order number and clear photos to review the claim.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

What if my mat is slightly smaller than listed?

A small size variance of approximately 2–5mm may occur due to the heat press printing process. This is normal production tolerance for neoprene mats and is not considered a defect or grounds for a refund.

What if the colors look slightly different from the website?

Slight color variation between screen and print is normal. Monitor settings, brightness, and device type can affect how colors appear.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other payment options available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system. CommandMat does not store your full payment information on our servers.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because production may begin shortly after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. Contact us at support@commandmat.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help if production has not started.
