Refund & Return Policy
Made-to-Order Products
All CommandMat products are custom printed and made to order specifically for you. Because each item is produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Color differences caused by monitor or screen settings
- Minor production variations inherent to the printing process.
- Misuse or improper care of the product.
- Minor size variance of 2–5mm due to heat press neoprene production process — this is normal and not a defect.
We appreciate your understanding that as a print-on-demand store, every order is made just for you.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund after review. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim.
To process your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
Once we receive and review your submission, we will work with you to find the best resolution. We reserve the right to deny claims that are incomplete, inaccurate, abusive, or inconsistent with the provided evidence.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Care Instructions
To keep your CommandMat in great condition, please follow these care guidelines:
- Spot clean with a damp cloth
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry
- Air dry flat before use
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
